I love it cause it's very close to where I live and where I'm moving to, the owner was very knowledgeable about what I needed just by me saying I got two rooms and BOOM she knew what I needed so I recommend this storage facility to anyone needing a safe place to store your belongings and get this it saves on gas for the U Haul being it's so close to each other

Awesome people and place

I have rented from many storage facilities and this was by far the best place. From the customer service lady. I can’t remember her name. She was the sweetest lady and very helpful. I don’t understand negative comments when they are complaining about ‘after hours’ issues. That’s not the fault of the person that’s there. They have lives too. It’s not fair to expect service when that’s there time to themselves and family. You wouldn’t want someone at your door telling you they need your assistance when your at home. Have some compassion, they are people too!

When o got my storage unit, it was bigger than it looks on the outside. The unit was cleaned out and ready for move in.

Quick and easy to start renting a unit. We moved our stuff in same day. Diane called right away and was super helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience.

I like the access hours. I don't have to rush to be out by 6 pm.

Access hours end at ten which is better than han the last self storage I used. I don't have to rush to be out by 6 pm. It's a huge convenience to me to have access which Cube Smart provides. Also, the price was pretty affordable.

Best experience ever

I fully recommend this facility. The gentleman that took care of us was super helpful, curious, kind, laid back (yet professional) and funny. I must say it was the best experience I’ve ever had renting a storage unit.
