Ripped off

I was promised one price and when I got there I was charged a higher price. Since I had no choice a that point I was forced to accept it. Your company has not been helpful to this situation at all to date. If it is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will report you to the appropriate agencies.

Little be hard but works

I waited for 30 minutes to check in, they said the system was slow and when I tried to enter it took a few more minutes because the attendant gave me the wrong gate code and it rained a lot when I tried to enter the code, I got all wet!! the attendant opened it manually and at the exit we also couldn't find out which code was wrong.
