The man at the front desk had said he wasn’t happy to be at work and seemed annoyed that I was there. Also while giving the pricing, I know I changed the date of my move in due to issues I couldn’t control. But when I had asked if I still got the 1st month free he immediately told me no since it wasn’t on my reservation (only reason I picked this place) I guess it’ll have to do because I had no other option.

Good service, unit was just what we needed. Easy access too.

I found this storage facility online because it was the cheapest in the area. I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth the check in and move in process was. Kevin(?) was great. The place was clean and we liked the ducks and geese that lived in the little body of water by our unit. Was surprised by some additional fees upon check in but still cheaper than most storage in the area.

Moving in with family and I needed to store my belongings.

The staff at Life Storage were pleasant and helpful. They showed where my unit was and how to use the lock. They answered all my questions.

Piscayaway office was extremely awesome.

The staff was very friendly and God help me with any questions that I had. Their customer service was outstanding and I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage

Like others; so far so good!

Staff was helpfu, informative, and patient in all of our questions. He also was willing to show us each unit we wanted to see. Though we had to (and still have to) drop off stuff multiple times but the storage space has been a lifesaver during covid-19!
