Facility easy to access with access code. Though no office person in.

The elevator system is a bit difficult to work, as we needed to enter our access code twice; once to get the elevator to open and then again to get it to move to our floor destination.

Very Helpful

I was in a rush trying to out this together and they made it easy. I would most definitely recommend this facility.

door issues not solved

I'm sorry to say this facility does not take care of the issue it has with the entry doors. The main rolling door has been out for over a week and that is 3 to 4 parking spaces not in use, then the other 2 are single driveways, so you have wait a long time for them to load or unload, whatever the circumstance is at that moment.

Miscommunication issues

I called did the reservation over the phone while i was on my way to the storage everything was set up, when i get there they said I'm sorry we just rented your storage. So why do people do reservations if you don't apply them?

All employees have been very courteous...

All employees have been very courteous and helpful. My only suggestion include the placing of signs in visible places asking that carts, ladders, and hand trucks be returned to their proper location and not left in the way of paths to storage areas, office, etc. No issues, I am happy with Public Storage thus far. As soon as I walked in I felt right at home I was greeted by Lexine and Ashley. These two lovely ladies were absolutely courteous and helpful. Nothing less then a smile on their face. Every and any question I had they had a response for. These ladies were extremely top flight ???????it was a amazing and quick experience which I would definitely recommend ????

Ashley and Lexine were very helpful today. I needed a second unit very last minute and they made the process so much easier than I expected in these crazy times. Thank you ladies!
