The young lady that was on shift was very attentive to my needs. I asked about promotions, and even though they weren't what I was looking for, she assured me without pressure of all that this storage facility had. She was very pleasant & friendly.

Access

After having a storage unit with another company for 5 years, I decided to change to Public Storage because it is more convenient in location. The process was great but my only concern is having to get out of my vehicle to access the code to get through the gate. At this location I am not able to drive up put in my access code without having to get out of my car.

Edison NJ location is great!

The Old Post Rd. in Edison, NJ location is lucky to have adrian. She's great on the phone and just as great when you meet her in person. Not only is she very personable, but also very knowledgeable and efficient. The facility is clean and well kept. It has great security and safety features. The indoor facility is huge, and it so happens my unit is upstairs and very far. Luckily I have no problem walking, and in fact I like walking. But it is time consuming carrying what you can that far and coming that far back to pick up a few more things to carry there, and so forth. But its okay for me. I really don't mind all that much. I can do a little at a time. All other aspects are worth it to me. I know i will always be able to count on Adrian if there ever was something that needed to be addressed or if I have a question. She calls and checks in to see if everything is okay. Very accessible. You won't be left hanging or fending for yourself if you need help with a problem. That is for sure. Really, what more can I say. I think this place is great.
