    The unit was clean and well maintained. While the prices were a little higher than other storage facilities it is convenient. Your manager was very professional and showed us around and explained how things worked. We are very happy with our choice.

    The woman who helped us went out of her way for us.

    The woman who was working the day we started moving things in was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of her way to help us. In this day and age, that’s a rare occurrence and it was most appreciated.

    First experience was great!

    Great storage rental experience. Easy check in. Fair pricing. Very clean and secure storage space. The only thing I didn’t particularly like or think was fair was that I was charged a $24 admin fee TWICE. One $24 fee made sense but 2 units and 2 admin fee’s felt excessive. I would encourage potential customers to shop the prices as the $24 fee was high, but paying it per unit was borderline unethical in my book. If not for the duplicate fee I’d have rated this Storage experience a 5.

    I would recommend CubeSmart in Randolph

    Jill, the General Manager at CubeSmart in Randolph, NJ was incredible! She was so helpful in assisting me with renting two units at their location and as we were moving in, even brought our guys waters. Her customer service is the best and I would highly recommend this location!
