I was happy that I was able find a less expensive unit to move into. I am NOT happy that I received TWO price increases in one year.

We had a unusual event while loading...

We had a unusual event while loading our unit. After a long day hauling loads and the last load loaded and ready to go. our unit keys slipped down a hole in the console of our new F150. We called only to find out there are no duplicate keys and lock will have to be drilled out during the week. Bit the manager Kathy P. offered to stay past closing and set us up in a temporary unit until ours is open. This all happened late on a Sunday evening. Not may places that would extend some help and advice like that. Highly recommend. units are clean and new looking ! Thanks again Kathy P.

I haven't even moved in

I haven't even moved in. So far the experience has been pleasant.

I always have to sweep out my unit because a lot of leaves get washed under the garage door. I am located in a unit in the row closest to route 73. The place has had its security gate crashed into more than a couple of times, which is not Public Storage's fault, but it took forever for them to fix it each time. I hated driving by and seeing the broken gate wide open for weeks. Also, I was in a nice unit for years (I pay a year in advance) and was trying to get a discount. The only way they would agree to a discount was for me to move my entire unit to another unit. Very frustrating.

Everything was exactly as you would expect, which doesn't happen as often as it should. The facility was clean and secure, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Getting my storage unit

It was such an easy move into my first storage unit. Amanda was such a big help with everything. She explained in detail and there were no surprises. Facility is very clean and of course security is great. We feel very comfortable with our decision as we are moving out of state and wanted to keep things for our kids. I would definitely recommend in the future and probably will have my things here for a while!
