1st time storage unit Renter- Public Storage -A+++

Never needed a storage unit before. This was a first for me. Public Storage made the initial process so simple and easy. Educating me along the way, Very helpful. The property manager answered all my questions and offered good advice. The whole process was fast and easy with no issues. Everything was explained , leaving no details out.The property manager showed me the Unit to get an idea of how much space I would need and the space was perfect with some room to spare. Price was definitely right and Location was perfect. The price was literally 1/2 as much as the nearest storage unit facility by me. Thank you , Public Storage for making my life a lot easier.

Except for the front gate breaking...

Except for the front gate breaking down, since about 1998, I have been more than satisfied. The continuous rent increases did cause me to consider looking for other locations. I appreciate when I ask for a discount and am given one. I just rented my third unit June 30th and was treated with complete professionalism.

We are very pleased with the service we received with Angela. We had originally reserved a unit online. When we arrived, we were greeted by Angela, who by the way is very professional, courtesy and knowledgeable. She took us to see the unit we reserved and after she helped us determine the best unit for our needs. She was also very on top of making sure she offered us products to help protect our items and spoke with us about the security of the property, which gave us a peace of mind in leaving our items with your storage facility.My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received. Angela is a true asset to your company, she went over and beyond and provided excellent customer service, providing us with the best option for our needs. Facilities were nice and good customer service. Expensive compared to local competitors. I was told the prices got higher as the facilities fill up. Prices fluctuate so keep checking every couple of days. I finally got a good price online

Brianna was extremely helpful and friendly. This was the first time using a storage facility and she made it very easy for two senior citizens. She is an excellent employee. Wish other companies had employees like her who took the time to explain all the information that was needed for us to know.
