Great experience so far!

My daughter is a student at Monmouth University and this is the second time we've used Life Storage in Ocean Township to store her stuff for the summer. This time I did everything online (reservation, rental agreement, insurance) and they emailed access to the gate and directions to our space. All we had to do was drive in, park in front of our space and pull up the door. A lock was waiting inside. The place looks really nice from the gate and everything was clean. Not at all the sketchy industrial look of what I'm used to back in LA. As for customer service, the morning after I made the reservation they called me to confirm when I would move in. A day before I moved in, I called to see if we could come in on Sunday when the office was closed. The manager was super nice and helpful and mailed me a link to do the paperwork online. We would have been able to rent a free truck, but corporate discontinued truck service just the week before so we had to use our own cars which was fine. It would have been an extra perk to use their truck which I didn't expect anyway. That was the only surprise. All in all, a great experience so far and my daughter has easy roll up access to her stuff during summer school as well.

Both the Associate Mgr "Kai", & Site Mgr Karr we're outstanding, in every way. Kai handled most of my transaction; just outstanding. Very experienced from start to finish---the free month, UP FRONT, was a big incentive. Many storage plans in this area; this is THE ONE!

Friendly and courteous service during a pandemic. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an employee at our unit. He drove over in a golf cart, in mask while social distancing, to make sure we were okay and to see if we needed anything. Once we opened the door, there was a goody bag inside with everything we needed to get set up. Will definitely look to use again next summer and recommend to his roommates.
