The girl that works in the front desk was very nice

The girl that works in the front desk was very nice although I had to wait until the next day in order for me to actually be able to use my PIN number that's only because the system was down and they could not and put it into the computer but I still managed to get into my storage unit and it's a very nice place very clean although it's on ground floor I hope and pray that there's no way for flood to actually happen but I have insurance

Overall a nice facility, seems to be moderate prices, and good customer service.

I'm using the facility to store my things for a year while I'm living abroad. The majority of the storage spaces are not climate controlled. I didn't realize this when booking through Sparefoot, but when I arrived and found out I was lucky that there was a similar sized unit available that is climate controlled so I took that. The front desk manager was helpful in switching it over and offered to match the 10% discount I received through Sparefoot, though not the 1/2 price first month's rent. Overall, the facility is clean, the customer service was good. Quality and safety remain to be seen.

Very bad I will never do it again

Very bad experience, I lost a lot of my business because of that. I stored carpet and hookah nothing has food and I found mouse, and rates when I told the front disk they only but the cheap glow which did nothing. In the winter the truck push the snow and pile it on the gates. So to open the gate I have to spend hours braken ice then I hire two labor to be able to open the gate and get my order out. When the snow start melt it game the gate. Always black ice in the ground they don't maintain. When you talk to the front desk they tell you they will take care of it but they do nothing. I lost so many order try to open the door at winter. And the rates damaged my carpet.

Cheap, Clean & Secure!! Best Value and Friendly Service!!!

We had to cross the river from NYC because the prices of storage were WAYYYYY too expensive for such little space. Any place that was cheap was reviewed as VERY shady and the management gives customers all different stories and prices. We were delightfully surprised when we found Cube Smart in Linden. Literally just 15 minutes away from NYC, we got a deal online for a 5x15 for $54 tax/insurance. WOW!!! After about 2 weeks we needed an additional unit and got another 5x15 for only slightly more, about $60/month tax/insurance. This was literally the CHEAPEST unit we could find at a place that wasn't shady. It's very clean and well kept, the manager Allison is soooo nice!!! She really worked with us and was just so nice and helpful. The few other employees are also very nice and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. Seriously, if you need a storage unit, GO HERE!!!!
