    Bad customer service

    I made a reservation over a week in advance and received a courtesy call from a worker shortly after making the reservation. I showed up the day of and no one was at the location. I called multiple numbers and spent over an hour and then drove to the other location down the road and luckily someone there was able to help me. No one returned my multiple calls and it was very unprofessional. The worker who did eventually help me apologized tremendously and was very helpful. I am thankful for him because he was the only positive part of the move in experience. Although the overall customer service was terrible and if I had more time I would have found somewhere else to store my furniture.
