Public Storage Insurance

I do really like Public storage. The only thing that would make Public Storage is if there was an option to not have to pay for the insurance. I'm a college student and I really am only able to pay for the rent, so being able to have the insurance as an option would be nice. I understand that the insurance is a way to protect Public Storage form being sued but if there was a terms and conditions that would state on the customers side I am signing this agreeing I will not sue Public Storage if my things get stolen and am choosing not to have the insurance plan that Public Storage has.

Wonderful customer service

I was greet with a happy welcoming smile by Amanda and I have to say that with everything going on around us nowadays (Covid19) she brought me back down to earth with kind and genuine personality.

Tracy, the manager, at this Public Storage facility is phenomenal! She is energetic, friendly and enthusiastic. She is a people person and you can tell she loves working and assisting people. She is sweet, kind-hearted and always has the customer's best interest at heart. She truly is an asset for the company.

Fast easy and move in the same day...

Justin the Property Manager was very friendly and easy to work with. After filling out the online application I received a phone call within 20 minutes explaining the appointment process and move in details. Needless to say it all happened rather quickly. I walked my potential unit the same afternoon and moved in.. Thanks
