    Move-in challenges

    If they do not have anyone in the office and you are trying to do a virtual move-in, it gets a bit tricky. Had to do 6-7 phone calls to sort it all out. Prime Storage’s call center people are super helpful though.

    This storage facility is rather secluded, I would recommend larger flashier road sign(s) as I drove past the facility- several times. And I used my GPS. Everything is good! Nice fenced area, clean, dumpster is available and transaction was easily accomplished. Customer Service front desk was wonderful!

    It was so easy to start the process online and Basis was an amazing help in-person. The space is nice and clean and the property well maintained. What more could you need?
