    2 Issues

    There are 2 issues that need attention. 1) Gate is always open. 2) Dolly carts and hand trucks are only available during office hours. This is inconvenient as I have to move after my work hours but I do not find dolly. I asked the team to leave one for me and I will secure it inside my storage until the next day but they refused. Other than that everything is good.

    Andrew at public storage by the goethals bridge was informative and very friendly. He knew the property like the back of his hand and offered many helpful ideas and suggestions. Andrew was very thorough and clear and made the entire process a walk in the park! Wonderful customer service!
