    Never told that I needed to purchase Insurance until I got to the facility

    When I reserve my storage space it was for 8 x 10 upon arriving they wanted to give me two lockers. Gentleman did not inform me that I had to purchase the Insurance so I was forced to pay it because I needed to put my stuff away that’s not fair.
