    Easy to reserve a unit

    It was easy to reserve the unit and the forms to fill out were quick to do. The only thing that I would have liked was a staff person on site. If something goes wrong you have to go over to the next town to the closest location.

    very pleasant experience

    everything went well from the time I reserved my unit online until I went to get my space. Employee was very nice and extremely competent and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Life Storage.

    Good Customer Svc and clean.

    Only downfall is that it is not climate controlled. Otherwise customer service is great and unit in good condition. Ease of access also good as is 24hrs.

    Rude staff expensive rates

    The rates keep going up with no notice and no end in sight. They entered my unit without my consent then had an attitude with me about it

    Very helpful desk clerk

    Well lit ,convenient and very happy with the desk clerks help. Happy that it's security system is easy to manage/access
