as I was sorting through my storage needs, Sam and Candace helped me immensely even though I changed my mind to upgrade mid-registration. The interpersonal relations by these two enhanced my rental. The facility is neat and secure allowing me to rest assured while I am out of state with my belongings there. Thanks!!

My family and I have rented multiple storage units at Public Storage. I have always been pleased with the quality of their service, and have never had a complaint.

Staff was very friendly, explained everything very on point. I found the price I received online was decentfull not the price I paid when I went in. Online doesn't explain all charges.

Public Storage is a clean, and accommodating facility. Customer service is great and they always manage to find me something when I need it. Highly recommend!

Satisfied, with room to improve

There are things that could be done to improve the facility, like fixing the bathrooms, and I would prefer to use the access code without having to exit my car, but those are minor concerns against the value of the facility. Overall it is very satisfactory, especially for the price.

Best storage facility I've rented from

My husband and I have rented storage units from Uhaul, Extra Space, and now Public Storage and by far this one is the best. Uhaul was climate controlled, but there were leaks in the ceiling that caused some weird water damage to our stuff. Extra Space was an outside unit and the rates kept going sky high, while the dust and spiders in our stuff did too... Paying about the same now at Public Storage and its worlds better. Clean facility, climate controlled, very friendly and helpful staff, and a perfect location for us. The only thing I would change is extend the hours past 9pm, but aside from that I highly recommend this facility.
