When we first arrived we were able to get into the storage and put our things in. Once we left and came back an hour later our lock was cut off and replaced with their lock, we were locked out of our storage unit. After calling and speaking to a representative we were informed it was a miscommunication on management part due to a work order. We had to leave and purchase another lock and go back to the and replace our original lock that was cut off. During this time we had a full load in our vehicle that we couldn't drop off. We had to leave and return home while customer service was waiting to hear back from management to see when they were going to remove their lock. We then had to wait for maintenance to come and remove their lock so we could get back into the storage which was several hours later. So we not only wasted a trip but it prevented us from continuing our move.
