Mike helped us with logistics from start to finish. He was friendly, informative and went beyond to help us keep things on track when travel plans unexpectedly changed. Call the local office wherever you move, the Sparefoot folks on the phone were not amiable or helpful. Please learn how to provide customer service.

Easy and Reasonable

Was able to move in quickly and the hours of access are really reasonable. The unit was clean and fairly easy to locate. The ONLY recommendation I would make for the facility is to either repair or replace the wheels on a couple of carts, otherwise, it was a great move-in experience!

Affordable and friendly

I went online and reserved my unit on a Friday and moved my stuff in on a Monday. I went in person on Saturday and met with Michael who also called and left a message for me earlier that morning, confirming everything. When I entered the facility Michael introduced himself and welcomed me in. I sat down to verify everything and then he took me to see the storage unit to make sure it would be sufficient for what I needed, if not I would have other options. The units inside are climate controlled and a very clean. We went back to the office after confirming it was what I wanted and finished the paperwork and payment. They do require insurance, so if you have homeowners insurance or renters insurance it would cover it but be sure to read your policy regarding items in storage. Someone who has experience in this you would be wise to just take the insurance they offer and add it to your monthly bill. It's only $100 deductible which I'm sure is less of a deductible than most people carry. It's not more than $20 additional a month. Overall this facility is top notch and highly recommended if you need a storage place with excellent customer service.

Mike, the manager was very informative and helpful in retaining a unit. I had reserved a 5x4 and when I got there, he showed me the space I would have. I realized it was too small, and he found me a larger unit to meet my needs. I bought a lock, and he explained to me how it worked, as I had never seen a lock like that before. He also explained the insurance I put on the unit. I really appreciated the professionalism of Mike during our transaction.
