    Space was hard to find. No one to talk to but a kiosk. Had dollies to help move boxes and furniture on.

    I recently put my Dad's furniture in storage while he was under hospice care. Rebekka helped me once I arrived at Public Storage. She answered all my questions and was very helpful under the circumstances. Excellent customer service.

    The place is old and needs elevator...

    The place is old and needs elevator repairs. Also needs some light bulbs replaced. Need to also watch how they present insurance. It's an option not mandatory. Manager is great
