No service, no ammenities, high price

This facility is 100% automated, so there is no one on-site if you have any problems. If you call their customer service line, you get an AI chat agent that you are forced to talk to and learn how to communicate with. To be fair, the AI assistant can be somewhat helpful for basic things like getting your gate code and opening the gate. However, if you have any problems beyond that, good luck. I was unable to get into the facility because the paperwork that was sent to me sent me a gate code that was one digit too long. It took me 15 minutes to reach a human so they can figure it out. The facility is somewhat clean with the exception of the occasional debris found throughout the grounds. There are no carts leaving you with no choice but to carry each box individually or invest in your own cart/dolly. It seems crazy that all the other storage facilities in Rocky Mount, including 10 Federal Storage's sister facility Carolina Secure Storage, provide a cart for you to use (and their monthly rent is much cheaper!)

Do not sign up for auto pay!!!. I moved out, they charged me anyway and wont refund my month. Im being charged for the month, but am still locked out!!

I have two units with you all. Its clean I haven't seen any bugs or trash, quiet, and I don't get the creeps when I go in at night alone. The price is a bit higher than I would like. But I also understand the cost effective everything has gone up. You pay for what you get.
