Only problem was my entry code didn't work and had to call customer service to get into the facility

The online process was easy and the access to facility was quick and easy.

Smooth process and friendly staff

First time getting a storage and was more nervous than needed. I did the online request, and the process was very easy. Went to the location to see and checked on the unit I got, and the manager Gary was very friendly and helpful. Gave me a very accurate information about the location of the unit and best entrance point to access my unit. So far my overall experience has been great. Thank you!

Great choice

Great facility, clean grounds, inside is clean and clearly maintained. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had issues with my access code not working. The directions on the key pad were hard to read (faded) so I thought I was entering it wrong and I had to call customer service to assist. Fortunately they were able to grant me access but it took a bit before the facility called me to correct it. Still having a great experience so far- definitely would recommend to friends or family

We had to get this storage short notice because of other storage following through and the process was so easy! We were recommended through a friend and it was perfect and so clean

BE AWARE they will jack the rent when lease is up

In FEB 2021 the rent was $73/month for the unit. SEP 2021 they increased it to $143/month. When I inquired about the rent almost doubling, I was told it was the going rate and they offer low rates just to get people to rent storage space from them.

Everything was clean and check in was easy!

Convenient storage

We picked up some furniture for our new house and weren’t moved in yet. We needed a place to store it for a few months. Timmy was there for us and made it quick and easy. Within 45 minutes we walked in chose a unit loaded it up and signed the paperwork. Bing bang boom and done

Great Experience

Angle was very accommodating from the first time we spoke on the phone and every during the move in process! I had originally picked out a smaller unit and she went over all my other options and ended up picking out a different one that worked perfect for me. Highly recommend Storage Sense and definitely ask for Angle to help!
