Not the best experience in a stressful situation...

I might be biased because this move was happening because my mother suddenly became ill and had to go in a nursing home but this definitely could have gone smoother. The online reservation was the only quick part. My insurance page said confirmation instead of "declaration" so it took me 3 days and multiple trips back and forth to clear the matter up. Not once did either person offer to speak to the insurance company to help. It would have been nice if courtesy could have been extended just a little...
