My wife and I are satisfied with finding the right place to store our personal items. The location and the floor are good for us. There is no hassle. We like the professionalism of your customer service.

The people that work here have great customer service skills and the place is very clean. It's also climate controlled.

I will start with the customer service by the staff in the office was excellent. They were very friendly and professional and help make the process move along. The facility seems a little dated and it shows but you can tell they try to keep it maintained. The only issue I have from the start up was the door going into the section my unit is in does not stay open and it would be real nice if they had some device to use to prop it open

Needed small storage while marketing my home.

The guys were great. They were both helpful. I will need more storage later and I had many questions, they gave me great information. They were knowledgeable, handled my service quickly and even kept me smiling and laughing throughout the process. I would easily recommend Life Storage Atlantic Ave Raleigh. I need to mention this is the second time I have rented storage here without any problems.

The move in special and the prorated amount made it convenient for me to store my things. The hours are amazing. Sometimes I get off work late and I have time of need be to go by.

Uncle Bob's self storage is a safe, smoke free, facility. The property is clean, and the employees are good natured and very friendly. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage space.

Only move in here if Wendy handles your move in. Wendy is the manager here. She is nice, professional, customer and customer service oriented. Wendy wanted wanted to make sure my move was problem free. The other employee I dealt with could not have cared less. When I asked I was not told by her of all fees and charges until after my move in. And the she tried to blame it on Wendy who wasn't even there and accused me of twisting the facts. Among other things, I had a dispute over $1.35 worth of gas as well as an initial refusal to provide a receipt. STICK W/ WENDY.

Wendy is super nice and helpful and took time to show us different storage units and explain it all to us. The price is good and the place is secure and clean and accessible.

I should have had a proof of insurance with me. Unit is spotless, very conveneint.
