Easy to sign up, Just drove straight to my Unit and began unloading! Only Issues would be that unit wasn’t fully swept out and roll up door closure where the lock goes is broken so the piece falls off every time I take my lock off of it. Other then that, no issues thus far :)

Great location, easy set up, Great storage 10x20, for price drive up car accessible. App or code entry. Good job, to get me registered and going. Great introductory offer too! Overall 5 star. Young lady on grounds very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating.

We have to wait 1 hour and half for someone to help us

The place is amazing! Costumer service was the one that let us down! Hopefully while we have a rent there everything goes well.

Move in was a breeze

The move in was very easy. I was shown the unit before signing anything and was able to have all my questions answered. Very nice place to keep items you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need or when you are relocating.

Never again

They call early and too much. They hours are not long enough. My unit a truck canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get too. Before your month is over your paying again. $1 special donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t exist 10 days later Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying another 40. The paper had so many number unaware of which 1 was gate code. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t explain how to open unit. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving my stuff to uhaul.

It was a pleasure dealing with the customer service rep working at the desk. She was polite and friendly. The facility is in a private location. The price is reasonable for the size storage. I highly recommend this place.

I came in to rent a few spaces from this property a couple of months ago. Today I received a call from the Manager William, who was checking to ensure my stay with Public Storage was going smoothly. I told him it was and I appreciate the times I come by the property and he waves and smiles or is cleaning and tidying up the property! I have my own business and I wish I had a few employees to help run my property this way and give good service. Thanks Public storage and thanks William
