1st month should have been prorated as told by representative on phone

I’m was quoted a price and it changed. No one was at the site. I wanted to pay in cash.

I was told that our 1st month was going to be prorated because we rented on the 21st . Afterwards it was changed to the 2nd month.

Very easy and convenient

East check in and move in process was easy.

Storage Unit needed when we closed a business.

I found the renting of this unit extremely easy and the access is wonderful. I did everything on my phone.

Junkyard

The outdoor parking looks like a lot full of abandoned vehicles and junk.

My spot had glass bottles broken glass and broken concrete. .

There are several overhead tree branches

Open lot is junky

The open parking lot looks more like a junk yard. A collection of vehicles that look inoperable and neglected. A vehicle graveyard. I guess thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s what you get for $98 per month at Public Storage.

Messy

The unit I have rented was supposed to be ready by Thursday afternoon which didn't happen. Apparently maintenance had to be done which should have been handled before showing the unit available to rent. The unit was finally available to move in yesterday evening after 5pm so when I went their this morning around 11:00am, there was broken glass, nail and screws at the door opening so I had to pick up all these items before we could back up into the space to keep from getting a flat tire. When leaving, around 11:45am I stopped by the office to show the attendant what I had picked up and no one was in the office and no sign on the door stating where they were. I am very disappointed to say the least.

Spare foot did good, but the people at the facility need more training.

We had to wait two extra days to move in due to Jada not knowing the move in procedures and forcing me to bring documents that were not necessary causing a major inconvenience.

Great price, convenient location. Gate hours could be later

Gets the job done

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a space thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s available in a location I need it in. I love that I was able to do contactless check in and move in. I did everything virtually and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to talk to anyone Bc everything I needed was online through my reservation page step by step. Very good

First time renting a unit and Tierney made the experience super easy from beginning to end. Between the follow up calls and being super personable and informative the experience could not have been any better. Secured my unit in advance online and got a great price. Unit is clean. Tierney Is amazing and I highly recommend this location!

Not what I expected

Arrived on the 16th around 11:45. I overlooked the keypad to enter. So I was trying to get some assistance but the office was empty. There was a note saying manager will be back at 12pm . So I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to wait too long. But still inconvenient. When she did arrive she helped me locate the code entry pad. But didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ask me if I needed help finding my storage and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think to ask cause the email I received was supposed to have a map. But map didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have the info I needed. Storage overall wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t what I expected. Lights in the hallway of my storage were very dim and could hardly see . There was no light whatsoever in the actual unit. Kinda worried about pest and weather damage.
