The process was very straight forward, any questions I had were answered in a swift and polite manner. The 5x5 unit itself was more spacious than expected, leaving me with more than enough room if I ever wanted to add more household items. Lock provided!

Cleaning

The unit was not clean ... it had a big brown rust spot on the floor... but the boxes covered it up..

I booked this unit a while ago. Showed up to the facility. Very kind and professional. Setting this up was a breeze. The manager tried to get me a unit closer to the gate! I thought this was a nice touch. I would recommend them to all my friends!

Easy access and reasonably priced

Move in was super easy. Only downfall is there was no one there when we moved in on Thursday and the unit door was a tad difficult to open. Other than that it was easy access, spacious and clean.

Process was quick and efficient

Only one oops. Wanted to move in on the 1st of the month but no one in the office to complete the paperwork except Wednesday and Fridays.

The kiosk made it so easy

I needed to move my stuff in after business hours. The kiosk was so easy to use. There was a person who was able to guide me live over the microphone if I needed assistance. It was great!
