Great storage facility!

The customer service here was excellent! The boy at the desk was super helpful and the unit was clean and easy to access!

So far I've been to the unit three...

So far I've been to the unit three times. On the second visit there were no carts available and today, the elevators were out of service.

Rude

We were told if we were there 30 min before close we could have a tour. The woman attendant refused because she was going home. We went back another day and had a very nice attendant. So when we moved in, with two moving trucks, we had the rude lady again. She was inflexible and made us type the code every single time we went in and out of the door. One would think there would be some flexibility on moving day w movers! We feel like she was being difficult on purpose to through her weight around. I left a message for the district manager who never called me back either.

Good location, price & security & competent, professional manager.

Compared "opportunities" among storage companies online & Public Storage was the best in location & price for a small 5'x5' climate control unit. Manager is a competent professional. Unit was clean & hallways well lit. Elevator required numerical passcode so my books seem secure while I'm deployed until next year.

I came in today to look for a storage unit and Sydni was in the office. She was so friendly and helpful she found the perfect unit for me! I was unable to get the unit as im not moving yet but she was so kind about it. She even showed me items ill need to protect me belongings when I do get ready to move. I will be back qhen im ready to move. Thank you Sydni for being so friendly and kind??

Easy to reserve, great customer follow-up

Easy to reserve online, many online specials available. My only complaint is that I was informed when I actually rented the unit, the online reservation doesn't reserve the exact unit at that location, just the price. Otherwise, was given several follow-up calls for questions, and also to come to view the storage unit before the actual move-in date. Professional and courteous staff.
