I was told the unit was 5 x 10 , which it wasnt. Had no lighting in it for night use. It was a clean space , an door was in good shape. YSU , the guy that rented it to me is a little hard to deal with. He really doesn't want to meet u at the unit , u go to him , to far to go to. I want be there no longer than possible , already looking for another location to move my stuff to.. He's not recommended by me to no one to use his units. To unprofessional to do business with.

We checked serval facilities and this facility had the best price in the area. Facility is very clean, secure, well-lit, and has 24 hour access. We have rented two units more than 3 years. They are very friendly and recommended us moving from larger units to small units to save our money. I would definitely recommend to any friends or family that were looking for storage locations in the area.

As a single 75 years old grand-mom, I had to move some heavy furniture with my 15 years old grandson. The Midland mini-storage staff voluntarily helped us to move. We really like to “thank” him and his wife. We will be back if we need.

Great Service

I have rented two units more than 4 years. They always answer the phone even after 5 PM and weekends. Many times, they come to the storage after 5PM to provide me with excellent services. One time, the manager came at 9:00 PM Sunday to help me to open my lock bc I could not find my key and need to get in my units. We really apprentice.

The Midland Mini-Storage provides almost 24 hrs 7 days "office support" when we called. When we wanted to move in at 10 PM on Sunday night, they said "No Problem" and waited at the facility for 2 hours for us to move in and very friendly. We really appreciated it. They also have the best price in the area. We have researched over 5 storage facilities in the areas. They have the best price.
