Prime Storage in Chapel Hill SAVED ME!! I was put in a really uncomfortable and difficult situation regarding my car on campus and I couldn't find any reasonable solutions until Prime Storage. They got me set up for the cheapest price and took care of me so well. I am so thankful to Derek who was working this day and was so kind and helpful.

Great price and location

I am a UNC student storing my belongings for the summer and this was the perfect fit! Totally reasonable price, great sizing options, and super easy to get set up. I did all this during my finals week and it was not a stressful experience at all.

So Far, So Good

The move-in process was simple, and the customer service was great. Having easy access to a nearby dolly was also very helpful. There were a few bugs in the unit, but I guess that’s what happens with an outdoor storage unit. I just moved in, but overall it was a pretty good experience.

Staff was wonderful and patient. They took the time to explain everything. Took you to the storage unit to show exactly where it was. The dollies that were provided was really helpful as well.
