Clean, well maintained, secure

I had a great experience here after using other storage facilities that were not well maintained. My unit was clean, secure, and priced fairly. The customer service was great! Loved that they had carts you could use to transport your belongings to and from your unit.

Wonderful experience!

This process was very simple, easy and quick! I was in need of a storage unit and this was the only facility in the area that had one available for the size I needed. I was able to book an appointment and view the unit within 20 mins of my phone call with Hailey. She was so personable and nice! Able to explain everything and answer any questions that I had. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

EXCELLENT STAFF

Hailey, the manager, was extremely helpful, well organized, and knowledgeable. She explained all the processes in detail and efficiently. The facility is new and clean. The only suggestion for improvement is that customers should be able to access their account online to make payments and changes to automatic payment information.

I never would have imagined I would need a storage unit, but life has brought me to the place where I do not have the room to keep things that I just canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t part with, so I chose Save Green Self Storage in High Point. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m so glad I did. The sign up process was easy. The price was perfect for me and comparable to other units in the area, but the quality and cleanliness of the place far exceeds my expectations. I stop by several times a quarter to clean out or switch out clothes/toys for my children. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m so pleased I chose Save Green Self Storage.

Was a bit upset about not being able to do everything over the phone but it is understandable, they are a great company and the lady that helped me was excellent. Followed covid protocols, and everything went fast and smoothly. I have recommended this place to Numerous people and I think some are going to transfer storage places to this location because they are newer and well who doesn't love an elevator?
