    Ok storage

    Not a very secure place. Fenceline was overgrown in the back. Some of the fence was bent down that could allow easy access to foot traffic. The gate was left open. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Storage unit was clean.

    Excellent customer service across the board

    I've been greeted by 3-4 different staff at Prime Storage, and each time have been treated with the utmost kindness, thoughtfulness, patience, and helpfulness! I'd never used a storage facility before and the preparations to move my possessions from my home to storage had left me overwhelmed. Your staff helped make this such a positive experience.     First time using storage an it was a breeze

    I was greeted with an enthusiastic personality. Steve was very helpful an knowledgeable, he help set up my lock for me. I felt like I knew him already. He was also training a new employee. I forgot her name an she was warm an nice. I let my friends know. You will be getting some more business. Thanks guys!!

    A great place to keep your belongings!

    Prime Storage on route 70 New Bern is a wonderfully run storage facility. It’s clean and bright, management is courteous and efficient. The layout provides easy access to your locker. I currently rent two units, one outdoor and one climate controlled. Steve helped me tremendously as I had a long distance move into the area, making it an easy transition. Truly a great place to store your “stuff”.

    Easy reservations online and easy check in.
