Great Experience

Very efficient with online booking, in person appointment (so no waiting), email reminders, clean and secure, gated facilities, friendly service. Janile helped me and was extremely kind and professional. Great place to store your things at very reasonable cost. They have supplies you can purchase as well.

Someone called me once i finished the...

Someone called me once i finished the online reservation and made sure I knew the location. Once i got there she was very attentive to my specific situation and was friendly. She drove me to my space and made sure i was comfortable with the lock. I also liked that she fully explained each chargw so there were no surprises. Even though it was close to closing time for her she did not rush me and had a great attitude. I am a stickler for great customer service and she was a pleasure.

No lights in the unit

No lights in the unit. Two light bulbs but both were burned out. Also no string on one of the lights so I could reach the light to turn it on. I asked about the lights and was told they could send in a work order but didn't know how long it would take for them to get it done. I asked them about some light bulbs but they said they didn't have a ladder so they could fix my problem. I'm paying over 200.00 a month for this unit and I can't use it after dark. That's the only reason I gave them 4 stars, if not for that problem I would have given them a 5.

The office was clean and professional looking. NeKole showed us the unit to confirm we were renting the correct size for what we needed, and gave us a thorough description of fees, policies, etc before finalizing the transaction.

The service was great and fast. Any questions I had Destiny was there to answer them and helped me in everyway possible. She was a wonderful help and for that I give a 5 star rating!

This place is a 5 star place for sure! The customer service I recieved from the office staff was way more than above and beyond. I had a lot of questions that Destiny spent time with me and answered everyone! She made me feel like I was a friend more than a customer.. Her customer service was above and beyond .. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me figure out everything as far as what size unit I would need. The place was so clean and we'll kept. 5 star all the way.

The service is fast and friendly and the units are secure. Unfortunately, the gate has restricted access hours, and while they are relatively wide, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., they do cut in till when you might be able to use your unit. I, for instance, work from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., which eliminates much of the useful time to move things into or out of the unit. Beyond that, rent is always due on the first of the month, which means if you are buying a unit for 30 days you will probably have to pay for 2 months. It doesn't make much sense to me that this pay schedule couldn't be flexible, but there you have it. Good location relative to campus and access to 485, difficult to make left turns out of the complex.

Well run business and I highly recommend using Public Storage if your looking for storage units.

This is the second time I have utilized the Public Storage facility. The store manager that processed my request was excellent. Lori ensured I had everything I needed and she was very pleasant to work with. She even stayed beyond her scheduled shift to finish the paperwork and to ensure I was pleased with my selection. Excellent Service!!!
