    Customer service oriented & user friendly

    New to "self storage" I was apprehensive about having to rent a unit. After a thorough review of facilities near me, location and pricing landed me at Cube Smart. Not only was Nicole professional and friendly, she literally walked me to my unit, to the service door I would use, and even demonstrated the building lock key pad. Highly recommend!

    Friendly and Helpful

    Nicole helped me find a storage unit that would fit all my stuff. Her coworker was very nice as well and they made it a pleasant experience. We got a storage unit right by the door and set us up in under five minutes for paperwork. Plus the first months rent was free.

    Cube Smart Saved Us!!

    In May 2018 we moved from Charlotte to Wilmington, and the movers were a NIGHTMARE! We found out the day we arrived in Wilmington that the storage facility the movers were going to take our things to was in Palm Springs, FL, and since the move had been so horrible from beginning to end, I called Cube Smart to see if they could store our furniture until our new house was built. On a few hours notice, Adam got us into 2 units, had my back when the movers tried to require me to get 2 first floor units (rather than 1 down and one up), and made this situation something much more manageable. We ended up renting our units for a year, and through Hurricane Florence. Cube Smart stayed high and dry, no water got into our units, and all was well. Thanks to Adam for taking care of us during a very difficult situation. We HIGHLY recommend Cube Smart!
