There are roaches in the facility. I moved in on Monday evening. When I returned on Tuesday morning I saw a roach climbing on my tv box. I’ve never had roaches and don’t want them in my property.

over all experience was not good

There were many delays because I could not get into my assigned unit on the day I was to move. Was supposed to move in on June 5, but did not do so until the 6th. On June 6, I still could not move in because I could not open the lock on the unit. The code given me would not work. Had to call the emergency number. Had to be reassigned a new unit. The staff was helpful. But the delays cost more money for the moving truck. I am very satisfied with my choice to use Elite Storage. Love the place. Very clean. First time in NC

24 hour access, safe, spacious, and very clean. Relocated from NYC, this is my first time in NC. The drive was long but the drop off for the uhaul was the same place as the storage. Sherry was friendly, very helpful, and made the move easy and convenient. Thank you!

DISCOUNT Coming in the Door!

I was able to get 3 months at a discount rate. The facility is very convenient near the highway and my home, less than a mile! Only thing I would like to see added is flat dollies!
