    Quick and easy

    Did all my paperwork over the phone last about 15 minutes or less . Then they sent me storage number and code for gate . Also received 50 off for 2 months . I was happy it was simple especially with the circumstances I went through .

    Easy process

    Process was easy and location is very convenient. When I did speak with customer service they were really nice and answered all my questions. This removed my pause and allowed me to move forward with my decision to rent storage.

    Convenient

    We were really glad we found a storage unit close to UNCP, and it was affordable. Due to us being out of town, it was very convenient to do everything over the phone with superb customer service. We'll definitely be using them again.

    It was great experience…painless!

    The customer service rep who helped me was awesome! He was very patient and knowledgeable. He was so helping in assisting me to find the best storage unit for me based on my needs and budget. This was really a good overall experience!
