    Very clean, but trying to rent one is a nightmare

    I was asked to fill out an application five separate times over a 2 day period prior to getting my storage unit. It was extremely frustrating. Every time I tried to do it online to prevent having an untrained person help me, they kept calling telling me that they had to do it for me. Online, it states that you have 14 days to verify insurance, however, that is not true as I was forced to pay for the insurance when signing up. This was more hassle than going into a car dealer and buying a $50,000 car!
