    Gloria 25909 was very helpful and...

    Gloria in Charlotte was very helpful and patient with showing us different units to meet our needs. We are so happy for the convenience. Its 5 minutes from my home; and we drive up to the unit. We pay $40 cheaper than another location for the same size!

    When I was putting my stuff in the stores the door came outrank it was hard to get in the door now I have to go back to the stores on pack my stuff to put it in a new storage because they cannot seeks my store's door it has been a lot

    I came to the Public Storage facility today on behalf of a client. We needed to store some things on their property. Dealing with a corporate card and corporate people in a million different places wasn't easy but a Gloria and Malia made it all possible. We ran into some red tape issues with corporate cards and ID's but they kept the solutions coming. In the end, we got everything we need ... and love facility. I believe it was Malia's first day at the site but she handled everything like a pro. Kudos to you because we did not make it easy for them. But the rule of customer service is the customer is ALWAYS right... well I was wrong and unprepared in so many ways UT they helped me get everything in order. I'd definitely use Public Storage in the future and also might use them for my personal things if I ever need to. THANKS LADIES... YOU WERE SO MUCH HELP!
