Great experience

A lady named Helen took care of my reservation as well as showed me different spaces so that I could know what I was getting. She asked me questions so that she could make an informed decision about what size I would need. She was able to change the size of the storage unit that I had and got me together. This was a great experience altogether!!

The best person helped me get set up. The rates are the cheapest around. After all that... THE CLEANEST storage place I have ever seen!!!

Ever Changing pricing.

I've been a customer at the facility for several year. I was a customer when it was called Cross Trax Storage. My monthly fee was consistant. with the new ownership my monthly rent has gone from $110 monthly to $ 135. It appears that Prime Storage increases my fee every six months. Not real happy with the multiple fee increase.

All of my stuff got covered with red dust from the construction site

Have been mostly satisfied, but I don't know the extent of damage from the dust yet.

Gate broken over two months.

The gate has been broken over two months and they have not repaired it yet. Therefore we are not getting what we are paying for. I personally feel if we are not getting what we are paying for why isn’t the rent being discounted until it is repaired.

Clean storage unit, reasonable price, friendly associate

Keri provided wonderful customer service. I am please with the storage space she showed me and chose to rent. Prime is in a good location and close to home.

Do not store there

This place is really bad my boat was broken into 4 times and they said the cameras was not working then the price jumped 40 dollars and it will continue to rise.

Never an issue with the prior or present owners. Convenient distance from our home.

Only problem I’ve had is with entry keypad.

Great folks. Easy and pleasant to work with. Keep the place clean & secure. They helped me move to a climate controlled unit seamlessly and gave me an extra day to move.
