Off to a gd start

Was a pretty straight forward process, that thus far has checked out to be what I expected and wanted. I mean I just moved in 2 days ago with no issues.That process was & went smooth.So at this point its to early to say or judge,but off to a gd start, I'll say that, with hopes it remains as such.

Lot is too narrow to drive in with a truck

Lot is so small it’s nearly impossible to fit a truck in the rows of storage. A uhaul would never fit

Not bad, price could be better

Decent location, good size and good price. All things considered its not a bad storage facility, I did see rat poisom which is very concerning but the reviews haven't stated any issues with that so I'm willing to take my chances. I'd love an app or essy way to open the gate than having to key in the code over and over but for 40$/month its not the worst option.

Automation better than mistakes by people managing storage. I had to find a unit in emergent situation where the manager had a bad week and forgot to takeoff padlocks giving me access to storage I had already paid for and we were waiting with the moving crew (on the clock) costing me about two hours delay. The only thing I would find wrong with this particular location an automated method is that they rejected me five times (1 hour!) with legitimate card information with money on the card. They need to work on their submission form other than that it’s excellent!

This is a good storage facility for anyone needing a storage unit.

I reserved a unit online...got a confirmation emails and texts and even talked to someone on the phone prior to the move-in date. But when the day came to move in, I had no gate code and no one was answering the number I was given and that was on all the signs at the facility. I then called the 877 number that was advertised as a help line and they couldn't do anything for me either. I had 2 truck loads waiting to get into this facility and no one could help. What a ridiculous set up at this location. We ended up going to a different storage facility (Public Storage) and got a unit with no problems...because they actually had someone working and answered the phone when I called to reserve a unit on the fly.
