Michelle is just wonderful to work with and could not have made the process simpler. She is outstanding and takes her job managing this facility seriously which leaves us feeling comfortable leaving one of our most valuable assets on the site.

No wait and very simple to obtain our unit

The receptionist was really nice. she was very efficient at getting our unit. It was quick and simple and she even drove us to our unit to show us everything. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for storage units.

Michelle was the most helpful representative of any storage unit Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever rented, and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented many all across the United States! She quickly got me set up, and was so friendly and caring. I really felt taken care of, and the unit I got was perfect for me. It was easy to find and access, and the rental process was smooth! I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend this place enough! I will be telling all of my friends and family about this place if they need to rent a storage unit!

Exceptional Customer Service, Quick and Easy Process

Michelle was very personable, easy to talk to and gave a clear overview of what to expect holding a storage unit at this facility. She went over insurance fees, late fee policy, etc and paperwork with her took about 15 minutes and we were able to move our things in on the same day. Definitely a fair price for the size of the unit and I recommend this place to anyone who needs storage.

Michelle was great! It just so happened to be her birthday, and even though it was rainy and nasty outside she was cheerful, helpful, and honest.

Efficient and Friendly

Jim was great ! The only surprise for me was the fee for ( insurance ) I personally feel this should be up to the ( leesee ) but at the same tine, I understand but Would really have appreciated knowing this beforehand, when I done my research. ( Just a suggestion ) as for fairness in price for the size of the unit 5 Star ! And 5 Stars for cleanliness, noticeably well kept facility! Hats off Jim your friendly manner was greatly appreciated.
