We were immediately greeted and our minds were at ease the moment we spoke to the wonderful ladies at the desk. They took the best qualities of every place we visited and wrapped it into one. Quick leasing process

Everyone is so helpful here! We filled out the lease online and we were in and out of our temp controlled unit in 10-15 minutes. Great location!

Easy process

Came in and spoke with Sheila and decided to get the unit. Sheila was super helpful and friendly and was really good with my 6 year old son while we were going through the rental process.

I was very happy with the service I received at The Smart Stop Storage place in Arden. Sheila and Crystal were very friendly and helpful. This particular day they were having some difficulties with their computers though dealt with the issues as best and quickly as they could. I appreciated their kindness, and communication during the process. The facility is clean and well laid out. I appreciated the fact that there was a bathroom I could use. I would recommend this storage facility to any who are looking. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.
