The gate code wouldn't work for me.

The code I was given from the kiosk wouldn't work. Everything else was good.

Was able to get in quickly but there was a hug puddle in front of the unit

If I knew there was a self service kiosk in the shed the process would have been fast but I call the number for the manager and she helped me out

Rough drive area, but good price for space.

Roads are a bit rough, but decent price for the size, and great location off of I90.

The facility is nice and new. The young man who helped with the registration process was very kind and helpful. The online process is weak. The security offered is unimpressive.

Clean place, but really need a person on-site for initial check-in.

We were blindsided by the need to purchase a lock - we brought our own. That should have been stated in the online reservation information. Also - we had reserved a unit online, and been assigned a confirmation number. The check-in process made us start all over. It would have been much easier (and saved us 15 minutes) if we had just been able to plug in that confirmation number which had all our information already associated.

Unit was muddy inside

Even though unit was muddy inside it’s overall everything was perfect sn the only one that was available thank you

Went smoothly went great. Don't have licks in suspenders but had one to us within an hour.

problem with security with access from one unit to another near roof line.

System to access and get lock not user friendly. Fencing not adequate to stop climbing over. Units can be dlimbed into from adjoining unit. Clean and easy to get in and out of.

Standing water in drive and tech issues with payment.

New facilty, still under construction, has a ground water control issue and is quite wet where you drive and then have to walk through standing water to unload.

Good for the Price

Was miscommunication with checking in and charges. Floor in unit had lots of dirt. Good location. Price is great!

Love it and it was so easy to get everything set up.

I would definitely rent again for all my needs from you. Thank you for making it so easy.

So easy to get started and move in, the entire process is automated and easy to follow. I was also always able to get a local property manager on the phone if I had questions.

They did everything possible to help.
