Tech Dinosaur but imoressive facility

Once I had figured everything out - the app, the online stuff, I was so impressed. I spoke with an online customer service gal who helped me get the gate open and then I figured out opening the unit. The unit itself is great vakue for money and is nice and secure, clean and quiet. Very happy with my experience.Should have done this years ago.

An issue or two

It took us a while to figure out how to open the storage door. Feel a little silly but still. The gate was malfunctioning when we were there as well. Maybe I should say the code box was having issues. Otherwise everything was good.
