    great move in day

    I reserved the unit during the 4th of July weekend. There was a problem with the lock combination and no one was there because of the holiday. The customer service attendant on the phone made sure I was able to move in that weekend. I left the lot, but before I made it back home I received a call with a resolution to the problem. The right combination. Thanks, customer service is very important in todays time.
