Quick and efficient

The storage unit provider was very quick and efficient while I was being assigned a unit. After hour customer service was very helpful and had no problems answering multiple questions in one call. Very friendly and would definitely recommend to first time renters. Positive experience

Rude manager

The manager is very rude. Never have seen her smile. Always has a baby boy and baby girl there every time I go by. Paid my bill with a credit, she threw my card across her desk, refused to give me a receipt. I have since stop renting from there and will tell friends and family to never rent there or from Tellus Self storage PERIOD!!

Not clean like they say but I guess it wasn’t filthy..

It’s fine. Fees they don’t tell you about upfront though.

New renter

My daughter and Her husband rented a unit! Very clean, many size choices, Ashton Bond was very helpful in explaining the different sizes, locations and prices fir each.

Extremely nice people in front office.

Very pleased with the service, the price and the excellent customer service. Long story short, the unit I had was too small. I was pleased with the easy, hassle-free transition to a larger unit.

Roach motel

No issues with this place at all until I unloaded my unit to move out. It was FILLED with roaches. My things were covered in roach droppings and I had to wash EVERYTHING . No compensation was given for this. Disappointing. Other than that , it was great. Maybe they need to get an exterminator. Soon.

Clean units

Security gate is currently broken and told that it will be repaired soon.

I have been with TSS Golden Eagle for many years. I use the unit for storing my business inventory and it has been a great experience. I recommend this site for storage.

Best price, clean , and safest area in town. Look no further. Easy access and convenient. Friendly , helpful staff. If you have any issues - company picks up phone immediately and helps. (UNLIKE the competorÔÇÖs storage facility I *almost * got in town - where no one answered phone & no customer service at all there.Ôÿ╣´©Å) So glad I found this one. Very pleased!
