    I will not ever rent here again

    Frist, they rented me a storage at wrong place, then, the storage was dirty and had trash all in it, had to clean it out before I could put my items in it.

    Wrong information about location but good price

    I was given wrong information about the correct information about the location of the storage unit. Then when I found it there was not a lock in the unit like I was told. I had to go back to the wrong unit location to retrieve a lock I saw when I was there. Lots of confusion on move in day with rain on the way.

    Address and combination lock not provided in email

    It was hard to find address of storage unit. I had to call to get address and combination number. I couldn't find it in my email.
