    Clarence at the front desk made the process very easy. He showed me the units prior to renting. Entire site was clean and well kept.

    Very friendly staff. Very clean facility.

    Only problem was the truck was not available as promised. I had told Clarence I needed it for Saturday May 8th at 10. I thought I had reserved it but when I called a few days before to confirm and was told someone else had reserved it. Thank goodness my son had 2 trailers that we could use. I wasn’t happy but it did work out in the end. Clarence did his best to try to correct the mistake and offered me the truck Saturday after 5:30 all day Sunday but that wouldn’t work as my help wouldn’t be able to help at those times.
