Happy there were dollys and an elevator. Clean space. Office was generally empty with workers going between locations. All employees I've spoken with over the phone have been nice and helpful.

Public Storage has been there for me ...

Public Storage has been there for me since October 2014 for all my storage need and they have been accommodating when I needed to increase my storage space. When I increased my storage space they were able to put both of my spaces almost next to each other. When they thought that my space needed speciall attention they were there with me when I examined my space. Everything was ok and my things were fine. I think they are GREAT!!!!!!!

From the moment I arrived at this location I was awe struck by the overall beauty of this location. It looks as though it is very well kept and clean. Which is very refreshing because most storage facilities seem quite dirty and unkept. Along with that the employee working at the time Mallorie was a peach. She had phenomenal customer service and did everything she could to help me. She was engaged and interested in everything I had to say and was extremely nice and friendly to my 3 year child Xavier. I am so happy with my overall experience and I can honestly say it changed my life forever. No question about it if you need to store anything this is the only place to do it. You will not find a better location or better people anywhere else and I firmly believe that.

I live in valley park and I went to this location to proctect my items from damage.. I was very stressed but the girl at the desk mallorie calmed me down and all my valuables are safe.

This is the first time I've used this storage facility, and I have to say I was utterly impressed with their service, their facility, the professionalism and helpfulness. Every member of staff I met and dealt with were just wonderful, warm and professional and went above and beyond to assist me. The unit was clean and cool, no musty smell, and seemed well secured. Easy to reserve, great location and friendly staff.

The entire process was extremely easy. From reserving the unit online to finishing up the paperwork at the office it went very smooth. I would highly recommended it to family or friends. The units are clean and easy to access.
