Fees went up as I had to purchase lock and insurance.

I had to walk through a locked door, down a hallway to another locked room that I put my stored items into. Inconvenient

Needed a secure placed for my stuff

Automatic front door to newer storage building not functioning properly. Gets stuck in open position, then when closed by hand, doesn't lock. Not good for utility bills, or security

The customer service was outstanding. My storage was clean and move in ready prompt. I was very impressed with this storage unit. Compared to others I have used in the past they are reasonable, friendly and clean.

Great Location

Right near I-44 and easy to get in & out. Life Storage van was clean and large with slide resistant cargo bed and plenty of tie down fasteners. Building is very secure with pass code gate and building door-then your lock on the locker. Electrical is a few feet away so you can plug in your own lamp-unplug when you leave. No humidity control, but temperature is maintained in range of 50-80F. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
